The Permanent Migraine Cure That Works in Just MinutesDo you suffer from painful migraines on a constant basis? What are you doing to deal with the pain? Is it safe, does it work quickly, is it side effect free, is it inexpensive? If you answered no to any of these questions, you owe it to yourself to read on and learn more about my safe natural migraine cure. There are many different types of headaches, but migraines are the most serious and painful. Most people describe their migraines as a throbbing pain surrounding their temple, forehead, around the eyes, or the back of the head. They may also be accompanied by flashing, bright lights in a zigzag pattern sometimes beginning in the middle of the visible field and progressing outward and can also include abnormal tastes and smells. Severe migraines can last for two or three days, but using my safe permanent migraine cure, you can quickly and easily get rid of migraine pain in a matter of minutes.Migraines are due to the enlargement of blood vessels and the release of chemicals from nerve fibers that coil around these blood vessels. As your blood vessels enlarge, the nerves surrounding them stretch. This stretching action causes the nerves to release chemicals. These chemicals cause irritation, pain, and further enlargement of the artery. This additional swelling further intensifies the pain and creates a vicious cycle. About 10% of the planet’s population are afflicted with migraine headaches. And this serious condition is largely under-treated and, in most sufferers, undiagnosed. In reality, less than half of all migraine headache sufferers are diagnosed by their physicians as having the condition. At the first sign of a painful migraine, many people attempt to treat them with pain pills like acetaminophen or ibuprofen, among others. If you are under the care of a physician, he may prescibe strong drugs such as like triptans to relieve the agony from migraine headaches. But these medications do not cure the root cause of migraines. They only treat the symptoms of migraines. They are only effective once the agony starts and do not offer a permanent migraine cure. And, unfortunately, most of these remedies can have very serious complications, You’re far better off employing a natural migraine cure that has no side effects. Using standard migraine remedies on a continuing basis could also be quite pricey. And, they just temporarily hide your headache symptoms. They do nothing to prevent you from getting migraines in the future. Using these normal treatments, your migraines will return time after time! On the other hand, my permanent migraine cure works in just minutes and gets rid of migraines from your life for good. If you suffer from agonizing migraines, you owe it to yourself to try out my permanent migraine cure. It eliminates migraine pain in minutes and it gets rid of migraines once and for all. An Effective Natural Migraine Cure That Works EffectivelyWhat can you do when a painful headache or migraine comes on suddenly and you need a natural migraine cure that gives immediate relief? Many individuals take aspirin or ibuprofen, but this treatment is probably not appropriate for everybody. Taking these and other drugs on a consistent can have serious unpleasant side effects on your system like stomach ulcers and kidney problems. And although other drugs might be available, many of them have heaps of other frightening complications.Millions of people suffer from distressing migraines. So, what should you do when a painful migraine strikes suddenly? Following are several effective natural migraine cure solutions that you can apply quickly and get fast relief. A migraine is an acute headache that is agonizing and distressing and can even be a debilitating condition for most. Migraines are quite common among the population in general. In the U.S., 18% of women and 6% of males report having had at least one migraine headache in the past twelve months. Migraines affect about 30,000,000 people in the U. S. They may happen to individuals of any age, but typically begin when paeople are between the ages of ten and forty and may begin to lessen after the age of fifty. Some sufferers experience many migraines a month, and others have only a few migraines throughout their lifetime. Most migraine sufferers are women. Some people complain that disturbing visual effects accompany their migraines. These visual symptoms consist of bright shimmering lights around objects or at the sides of the field of vision, zigzag lines, wavy lines, or hallucinations.Additional symptoms can include severe pain in the area of the temples, around the eyes or in the back of the head. Additionally, migraines may be accompanied by vomitting, fatigue or tiredness, and mood changes a day or two preceding the headache. One generality can be made regarding migraines; if you have a continuing problem with migraines, it is almost certain that you need a natural migraine cure that works fast. But what events trigger severe migraines? Sometimes migraines are caused by one or more of the following triggers; anxiety, tiredness, certain medicines, alcohol and certain foods. Monosodium glutamate ( also known as MSG), is believed to be a common factor in the reason behind serious migraines for a number of folks. MSG is a commonly used ingredient in Chinese and Asian cooking. Most home migraine remedies concentrate on trigger avoidanceand the control of your symptoms. If you notice that certain foods or scenarios are often followed by a migraine, stay away from that food or situation in the future. Even though may appear to be common sense, many of us don’t readily see the relationship between the two occurrences. Of all the natural migraine cure solutions I’ve used, one of the most beneficial is a warm bath. A relaxing nice warm soak in the bathtub can quickly eliminate some of the problems. If you can, lower the lights in your bathroom. Do this this by using a night light or by lighting a candle to provide low lighting conditions. If you are seeing visual disturbances like lights that flash or zig-zag lines, lie back in a relaxing position and shut your eyes. Softly massage your temples and the area slightly under your cheek bones. A massage is my favorite natural migraine cure. Massage therapies are usually quite effective techniques to relieve migraine headaches. If you think you have a migraine beginning, make arrangements for a massage. Headaches and severe migraines are frequently caused by a build up of stress. When you are tense, your muscles tighten up. A nice long massage works to delicately stretch these tight muscles and help reduce the amassed tension in your system. By working the muscles in your neck and shoulders, as well as those at the base of the skull, muscles relax and the discomfort is eliminated. In ideal circumstances, this system works best if another person performs the massage for you but, if that is not an option, it is feasible to give yourself a neck and head massage. A little known, but effective natural migraine cure involves keeping yourself hydrated. About eighty percent of Americans don’t drink sufficient amounts of water and are dehydrated to some degree. And because most people tend to eat or drink very little when having a severe headache, this can make the pain worse. Dehydration, no matter how mild, can cause headaches or migraines. Although it is an unknown fact, a lot of people can get headache pain relief by simply consuming more water. If you suspect your headache could be caused by dehydration, a few servings of water might be just the thing to give you headache pain relief. This solution is certainly one of the simplest natural migraine cure that I know of.A great natural migraine cure involves the amount of alcohol and caffeine that you drink. Eliminate them from your diet or use them in moderation. These are common triggers. It is also important to ensure that that you are getting sufficient sleep, and eating meals at regular intervals. Some people relieve pain by using either a cold or warm compress to the back of the neck, forehead, or temples. Most people report that a cold compress works best, but if the cold is uncomfortable, try a warm compress. Acupressure is also a great natural migraine cure. Like acupuncture, it’s a well-known alternative cure for numerous conditions that has been successfully applied for thousands of years. To relieve pain, squeeze the fleshy area between your thumb and forefinger for at least five minutes for a quick and easy natural migraine cure. Many folks also get relief from migraine pain by delicately rubbing [using small circular motions] the small dents just in front of your ears.Get additional information on the most powerful and effective natural migraine cure by downloading my newest and best Natural Migraine Cure

My girlfriend eats Ibuprofen like Pac Man eats little white dots. One thing i’ve learned from her headaches is the need for a natural migraine cure. Some medications put her to sleep for hours, some make her sick, some don’t do anything at all. There doesn’t seem to be silver bullet for migraines or any real natural migraine cure so i’ve made a list of things that at least make a difference.
1. Water.
Dehydration is a major headache trigger. Coffee, smoking, alcohol, and plain old not drinking enough water can set a migraine off. Stay hydrated!
2. Chemicals.
Avoid MSG, Aspartame, phenylketoneurics and many other chemicals found in just about every processed food product can cause reactions. Maybe your headaches are due to food allergies so take an inventory of manufactured chemicals that could be migraine culprits.
3. Stretch.
Regular yoga makes my girlfriend relaxed, happy, calm and lighthearted. This, in my opinion, is probably the most natural migraine cure that exists. If you don’t want to do yoga you can at least stretch. Stretch your neck, your back, move your shoulders, your lower back, and generally loosen up all the way around.
4. Pull your energy downward.
Chinese medicine professes that too much chi in your head can cause headaches. Pull your energy downward by focusing on a spot a foot and half below your feet. With practice you will learn to move your body’s energy around and direct it out of your head and down into your body.
I’m a big fan of yogic hand gestures called mudras. The “large head” mudra will pull your energy downward automatically. Fold your ring finger into your palm and touch your thumb to your first and middle fingers. Do this with both hands for 15 or 20 minutes. That’s the large head mudra.
5. Hand massage.
Massage the meaty part of your hand between your thumb and forefinger. There is a pressure point located there that is great for headaches and toothaches.
6. Clean your sinuses.
Drink lemon water, cayenne pepper, and ginger to clear out your sinuses and keep any pressure from building up in your neck and head.
7. Apple cider vinegar.
Organic apple cider has a cleansing affect on you internally. You know how you can clean a dishwasher or a coffee maker by running vinegar through it? Same principle applies here. Drink a mixture of a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, hot water, lemon juice and honey and you will be amazed at the energy and “clean” feeling you will get.
8. Hot and cold.
A hot bath coupled with ice packs on the throbbing parts of your head can shock your headache away.
9. Focus on it.
If pain is a signal and you avoid the message it may intensify to get your attention. go in to your headache and concentrate on it as much as you can. it will change, I promise. I know it’s weird, but paying real attention to your pain will make it start changing shape and move around. check how you represent the headache to yourself and change its features. make it switch colors, density, shape, volume. This is a big start to seeing that you may have some control over your body and what it does.
10. Big life problem.
My girlfriend swears that she “divorced her migraines” by ending a very unhealthy marriage. I don’t know what that says about me if she still gets the occasional headache, but it’s still not the same, she says. I’ve heard other people say that the major life issue that was the “pain in the neck” for them was, in retrospect, a main cause of stress and consequently their migraines. Do what you need to do to make your life the way you really want it and see if your internal struggle is manifesting as headaches.
Some claim that the potassium in bananas is a natural migraine cure. Feverfew is also thought to be a natural migraine cure.

A migraine headache can incapacitate its victims, rendering them unable to perform the most simple of activities for hours or even days. Severe migraines affect millions of people every year; their side effects reading like a who’s who of illness – nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, diarrhea, and sensitivity to light, sound, and smell. The repercussions can be disastrous – affecting work and home life as the migraine sufferer loses precious hours to pain and debilitation. It’s no wonder that the quest to find a migraine cure is paramount in the life of a migraine sufferer.
The components of a migraine include the inflammation of the blood vessels in the brain. This inflammation affects the central nervous system and often the digestive system causing the bevy of side effects typical of migraines. Often, the identifying of specific triggers particular to each sufferer can be tantamount to a migraine cure, as the avoidance of the triggers prevents further episodes. But in order to isolate the triggers for each person and discover a migraine cure, it is necessary to understand the most common causes of migraines.
Research has shown that there are a number of common causes of migraine including lack of sleep, excessive caffeine, red wine consumption, exposure to smoke, high levels of stress, hormone fluctuations, and particular foods such as those that contain additives and preservatives. Sometimes the minimizing or avoidance of these triggers acts as a migraine cure.
In other cases, over-the-counter or prescription drugs act as a migraine cure, nipping pain in the bud and allowing the migraine sufferer to move on with their day. However, it is not often that over-the-counter medication can completely alleviate the pain of a migraine. Prescription medication has a better chance of acting as a migraine cure but in order to be effective it must be carefully administered by a doctor.
But for those who wish to find a more natural migraine cure, the implementation of a natural lifestyle may be just as effective as medication. In addition to a natural diet, the avoidance of alcohol and caffeine, a consistent exercise program, and commitment to adequate sleep, many migraine sufferers find relief through the use of such therapies such as chiropractic treatment, therapeutic massage, and acupuncture.

While studies have proven that women are more likely to suffer from migraine headaches than men because of hormonal fluctuations, studies have also shown that men are more likely to suffer from cluster migraines than women. There is about 30 million Americans that suffer from migraine headaches with range of different degrees of problems, and 75% of them are women. When it comes to a cluster migraine, however, the roles change a bit and men suffer from cluster migraines more frequently then women.
Unlike a typical migraine, a cluster migraine tends to happen more frequently than just an ordinary migraine. Cluster migraines can are also called suicide headaches. Just like migraine headaches, the reason for cluster migraines have proven cause. Those who suffer from cluster migraines usually have long history of smoking. Nicotine is one of the major causes of a cluster migraine. Unlike the usual understanding that smoking can help reduce and ease pressure, the reality is what nicotine produces is a certain kind of numbness which can downgrade the smoker’s sensation.
The good news is that cluster migraines will not cause permanent damage to the patient’s body, but the degrees of the pain suffered during a cluster migraine may lead to some irrational behaviors. It is very hard to tell a cluster migraine from a regular migraine so the suffer may have a long time fighting for treatment. Some advice that is recommend to a cluster migraine patient and his family members is to bring details and information when you visit your doctor, this will help your doctor make the right diagnosis of your migraines. You may find it helpful to keep a migraine log that specifically notes when you experience these headaches and the degree of pain that you experience. you should also make sure that you note the length of time that the cluster migraine persists.
Although cluster migraines can differ from the typical migraine, they often have triggers and ways to predict the onset of such a migraine. If the suffer is prepared properly, it could reduce certain pain from the migraine. In some cases we can also recommend that the patient try some natural migraine cures in his daily lifestyle which will also help him tremendously in treating the cluster migraine. Additionally, medications can be prescribed by a doctor to help treat cluster migraines.

If you suffer from migraine headaches and are hesitant about taking prescription medicines, there is some good news. There are natural ways to relieve your migraines without the side effects of prescription drugs. There are natural herbs that are effective in reliving migraines and other natural treatments that we will discuss in this article. But first let’s take a look at the natural herbs and supplements.
The herb feverfew has been used in Europe for centuries. It is used to treat migraines, arthritis and fever. If you are currently taking medicine for blood thinning such as coumadin or aspirin you should not take feverfew because it will increase your bleeding time. It is especially important not to take feverfew a few weeks prior to and after surgery. It has also not been studied on pregnant women or nursing mothers, so it’s best not to take it during these times.
Magnesium is a mineral found naturally in your foods and in your body. It is thought that a low magnesium level can contribute to the chemical imbalance in your brain that causes a headache. Some studies have shown that taking a magnesium supplement daily reduced the frequency and duration of migraines.
The herb butterbur has been used to relieve migraines, stomach cramps, cough, allergies and asthma. An extract from the plant is used because the raw herb in a natural state can be toxic to the liver and kidneys.
Another supplement that may help prevent migraines is high doses of riboflavin or Vitamin B-2. There has been a theory that this vitamin may help correct tiny deficiencies found in brain cells.
Acupuncture may be worth a try for a migraine cure. This method uses tiny, thin needles that are inserted just into the skin at certain points on your body to help relieve migraine pain. The insertion of the needles stimulate the release of endorphins into your body. Endorphins are known as the body’s natural pain killer and they also produce a sense of well-being. More and more Americans are turning to acupuncture as an alternative form of treatment.
Another method is called biofeedback. In this method electrodes are placed on your skin and you are hooked up to a machine that monitors your heart rate, skin temperature, brain waves and muscle tension. Your are then taken through a series of relaxation techniques until you learn to control these physical responses.
Massage is a great way to reduce stress. However, it’s effect on migraines have not been studied. But if you think that your migraines are caused from stress and muscle tension in your back and neck, a weekly massage may be very beneficial to you.
As you can see, there are several alternative treatments for migraine pain. The most important thing that you need to do is to make your doctor aware of any treatment or supplement you may be taking. Although vitamins and herbal supplements are over the counter medicines, they can still have a dangerous interaction with some prescription medicines. Do your research, try different methods and before you know it you may have a natural cure for your migraine pain.

Migraine headaches generally come in two forms: With and without auras. The headaches themselves can be equally painful whether or not an aura is present.
Statistics indicate that only about 20% of migraine sufferers actually experience these auras. However, I’ve actually observed that the prevalence of aura type migraines is substantially less than that.
What Is A Migraine Aura?
The aura is a distortion in perception. Most often a migraine aura is a visual alteration or other sensory phenomena occurring just before the pain phase of a migraine headache starts. The aura also typically ends before the headache itself begins.
Symptoms associated with auras may include flashing lights, geometric patterns, or distorted vision.
However, some people may have non-visual auras involving hearing sounds (usually buzzing), olfactory auras involving smelling odors, or tactile auras that manifest like a physical touching sensation.
Characteristics Associated With Auras Include:
Flashing lights
Wavy or zigzagging lines
Visual spots or other shapes
Blind spots or partial loss of sight
Blurry vision
Olfactory hallucinations, or the smelling of aromas that aren’t really there
Tingling feeling or numbness about the face or extremities
Difficulty speaking or forming words
Confusion
Vertigo (dizziness)
Partial and temporary paralysis
Hearing loss
Reduced sensation to touch
Hypersensitivity to feel and touch
Migraine auras normally lasts from 20 minutes to an hour; however some sufferers have been known to experience aura symptoms lasting up to two days. Migraine aura symptoms can and do vary tremendously from one migraine sufferer to the next.
“Negative” and “Positive” Symptoms
The most commonly reported aura consists of flashing lights or zigzagging lines, known as the so-called “positive” symptoms.
Partial or total visual field loss or vision blackouts are called “negative symptoms”.
A combination of so-called “negative symptoms” (such as vision loss) with the “positive symptoms” (like zigzagging lines) make up the typically distinctive features of a migraine aura.
Vision blackouts – the “negative symptoms” – are caused by a depression of nerve activity. On the other hand, zigzagging lines are caused by hyperactivity in the nerve cells.
Cortical Spreading Depression (CSD)
Special imaging and magnetic brainwave studies strongly suggest that Cortical Spreading Depression (CSD) forms the biological basis for the “negative symptoms” of a migraine aura.
From studying a particular type of migraine – Familial Hemiplegic Migraine (FHM) – recent findings have shown two genes are responsible for causing this symptom. These genes – which control the ion flow of calcium, sodium and potassium to the nerve cells – are damaged in people inclined to this type of migraine. It’s believed this genetic mutation makes a person’s neurons susceptible to CSD.
In essence, the nerve cells (or neurons) don’t get properly “recharged” resulting in diminished or depressed neural activity. Whatever the reason, this reduced activity slows down normal body functioning. If the affected neuron complex happens to control the sight centers (visual cortex) then visual disturbances or losses may occur.
However, as these neurons begin to react to or recover from the CSD, they may become hyper excitable, resulting in visual phenomena such as flashing lights and zig zag lines. (It’s sort of like the neuron’s compensate by rebounding and going into overdrive!)
This hyper excitability then activates the major nerve complex behind the eye (trigeminal nerve). This initiates migraine headaches by activating the highly pain-sensitive “dura mater” – the membrane sheet wrapping around the brain.
Calcium Channel Blocker Drugs
Researchers speculated that blocking the ion channels flowing through the neuron cell membranes would help reduce migraine pain. Some suggested using drugs to slow down and block these channels for example “calcium channel blocker” medications.
Calcium channel blockers (such as verapamil) are widely used to treat heart disease and high blood pressure. They’re also now extensively used to prevent migraine headaches. Unfortunately, their effectiveness in migraine prevention is minimal at best.
A Better Method
There is another option a migraine cure. Cure the migraine and never worry about their associated auras or pain again.
Recent reports indicate migraine headaches can indeed be totally abolished as a number of elite medical clinics catering to women have testified. Under their treatment protocols, migraines are completely eliminated in 80% of their patients.
These successes are limited to women only, as addressing a women’s hormones is the basis of the cure. Some clinics have published their treatment protocols and even made them available to the public.
The Women’s Health Institute of Texas believes that a migraine cure certainly eliminates the migraine auras altogether – and concern over the ensuing migraine headache may no longer be necessary at least in women.
